Shipping Policy

All orders placed through LifeVac Canada Inc. are shipped FOB (Free On Board) Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
Title to and ownership of all merchandise transfers to the purchaser upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser.
LifeVac Canada Inc. selects the shipping method and carrier at its sole discretion. Orders may be shipped using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or other reputable courier services as deemed appropriate.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across Canada. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier performance, and other factors beyond our control.
LifeVac Canada Inc. is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public emergencies
- Labour disruptions or strike actions
- Transportation interruptions
- Customs delays
- Carrier service disruptions
- High-volume shipping periods or peak seasonal demand
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. LifeVac Canada Inc. is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned shipments, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If tracking information indicates a shipment has been delivered, LifeVac Canada Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
