Return Policy

At LifeVac Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All components, instructions, and accessories are included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For health and safety reasons, used LifeVac devices cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or warranty claims.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs and additional information to assess the issue.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Life-Saving Use Policy
If your LifeVac device is used in a choking emergency and successfully saves a life, please contact our customer service team. Eligible customers may qualify for our Life Saved Replacement Program, under which a replacement device may be provided at no charge. Verification of the incident may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless defective).
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product arrived damaged.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product is confirmed to be defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
